This is the hardest step because this is you admitting you want help figuring out this thing we call life. I promise there is nothing wrong with that. Not only will you learn different ways to ditch the drama but also control the energy/vibes walking in and out of your life. Ex: social media, people and habits etc........
First let's take the time to write down things that causes unhealthy triggers: Anything that makes you feel non valid:
Example: Mine was having to rush to get dressed, others talking down to me, telling me my opinions don't matter and asking me to hide who I am. Following negative social media sites and allowing ex's back into my life.
